The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) distributes grant funds in accordance with Wis. Stat. § 46.57 . Private non-profit organizations or county departments are eligible to apply for the Epilepsy Services Grant to provide direct or indirect services to or on behalf of persons with epilepsy or their families (or both).

DHS may not allocate more than $50,000 per year to any agency under this grant pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 46.57 . DHS cannot award more than $150,000 total to all grantees per grant year.
