Request for Quotes (RFQ)
1. Purpose
Gaston County is requesting quotes for the purchase of Apple
iPads and accessories for use by the Department of Social
Services. This procurement is funded with federal funds and must
comply with 2 CFR Part 200.
2. Items Requested
Qty 55 - Apple iPads (specify model, storage, WiFi/LTE)
Qty 55 - Apple Pencil (Gen __)
Qty 55 - Logitech protective cases
Must be able to enroll iPads in Apple DEP program under Gaston
County DEP program
Include unit pricing, total cost, shipping, delivery timeframe, and
warranty.
3. Vendor Requirements
Vendors must be an authorized Apple reseller, not debarred or
suspended, and registered in SAM.gov.
Quotes will only be accepted to May 15th, 2026, before 3pm. All
quotes submitted after 3pm will not be considered. Please email
all quotes to tommy.jenkins@gastongov.com.
Quote expiration dates must be valid until June 1th 2026.
