Description
Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Children, Youth & Family Services (CYFS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals for Birth to 3 Special Education Early Intervention Services (Birth to 3) to be tentatively provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process. Existing agencies need to reapply to be considered for the 2027 contract.
