Project Description: The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or teams to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services for its outpatient programs. After selecting a successful proposer, BHS will negotiate a Master Service Agreement to provide services beginning in 2026. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.
