DHHS BHS-CCS Marketing RFP/DHHS-PSA-BHS-2502 May-09-2025

The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Behavioral Health Services (BHS) CCS Program are seeking proposals from qualified marketing or communication firms and/or teams to develop and design marketing materials that will increase community awareness of the services provided and increase engagement and utilization. After selecting a successful proposer, BHS will negotiate a Professional Services agreement to provide services in 2025-2026. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.
