Note that FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for Certain Commercial Items procedures will be used. The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced contract to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the requirements in this request for quote, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. An award based on FAR 13.106-2 comparative analysis will be made based upon the following factors:
