The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows:

Place of Performance: Dayton VA Medical Center in Ohio
Anticipated Periods of Performance: The performance periods include a base year plus four option years (if exercised) summarized as follows:
Base Year:Â 12/22/2024 to 12/21/2025
Option Year One (OY1):Â 12/22/2025 to 12/21/2026
Option Year Two (OY2):Â 12/22/2026 to 12/21/2027
Option Year Three (OY3):Â 12/22/2027 to 12/21/2028
Option Year Four (OY4):Â 12/22/2028 to 12/21/2029

Attachment 1 for Reference: Final draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference as appropriate.
Attachment 2 for Completion/Signature: Statement of FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) Compliance for completion/signature.

Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) UEI number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status, 5) signed and completed statement of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Compliance and a 6) capabilities statement describing how specifically your company intends to meet all requirements specified in the PWS in Adobe PDF format to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than 4 December 2024 at 11:00-EST. In addition, please note that a signed and fully completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice.
