The Department of Fire Services (DFS) is conducting a Request for Response (RFR) for 2025 Public Fire and Life Safety Education Conference. Please see attachments for full detail. The complete list of specifications required, forms, and scoring matrix are located in the attachments tab. Your facility will need to complete the Vendor response form, or if you choose to create one, it needs to be in the exact order and format as the one provided to be considered valid for review. When preparing a Quote in CommBuys in response to this Bid, you will be required to uncheck the No Bid box on any item lines in order to create a valid quote and then complete and upload all the requested forms in the Attachments tab.
