Project Description: Request for Proposals
Only janitorial contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Janitorial Contractors and are currently on the DFCM Prequalified Janitorial Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on these services.

Contract Term: The contract will be issued for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend it for up to two (2) additional years.

ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION INFORMATION:
The previous solicitation was cancelled due to incomplete and conflicting information contained within the solicitation documents, which resulted in inconsistencies and inaccuracies in contractor cost proposals. No mandatory meeting will be held for the reissued solicitation. Proposal submissions will be limited to contractors who attended and signed in at the mandatory meeting held on April 2, 2026, under the original solicitation.
