Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform services for the following project:
Project Description: Construction of new 100,000 square foot health sciences building on the main campus and remodel of 3rd floor Taylor Health Sciences Building to accommodate the University of Utah School of Medicine St George Cohort of 30 medical students.
Construction Budget: $72,000,000.00
