Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Special Inspection and Testing services for the following project:
Please note: All special inspections contractors, material testing labs, and special inspectors working on DFCM projects must be listed on the DFCM Approved Special Inspection Firms, Material Testing Labs, & Special Inspectors list.
Project Description: The DWR has requested assistance with the final phase of the comprehensive replacement of the Loa Fish Hatchery. This phase will involve the construction of all remaining infrastructure and buildings required for the hatchery to be fully operational. The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, on- and off-site infrastructure, disinfection shed, hatchery building, office and shop building, feed storage and fleet garage building, feed system, raceway building, concrete raceways, dewatering building and storage tank, paving, septic systems, and fencing.
Estimated Inspections Budget $280,000.00
