This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Bid of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to bid during this stage of the selection process.

Work consists of completing 772 feet of roadway with: two precast three-sided culverts (64’ span), HMA, curb, gutter, sidewalk, MSE retaining walls, earthwork, landscaping, lighting and associated roadway appurtenances.
