Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the referenced project:
Project Description:Snow College is looking to engage with a contractor to be part of the preconstruction and construction for a new 50,000 square foot Social Science Building. This building will primarily serve the Social and Behavioral Science programs, with classrooms, labs, faculty and student spaces. The existing Home and Family Life Building, along with Greenwood Hall and the Cottages will be demolished as part of this project, and an early bid package for this work has already been part of programming discussions.
Fixed Contract Price Limit$31,000,000.00
