Project Description: The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) packets to prequalify NEW CONTRACTORS for capital improvement project bidding as follows:
DFCM is entering into an Open-Ended Stage I Pre-Qualified Bidding Process for Electrical, General, Hazmat, Mechanical, Paving, Roofing, and Site/Civil Contractors for DFCM Capital Improvement Projects with construction budgets under $3,500,000. These projects are in various locations throughout the State of Utah. The projects can be both state-funded and non-state-funded.
