Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: New remodel within the existing Pineridge building. Construction consists of sleeping units, staff room, common area, offices, staff toilet and shower, boys & girls shower rooms and toilet rooms, laundry area, dining, kitchen and intake area of typical construction and average finish levels.
Construction Cost Estimate: $1,000,000.00
