Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Replace the windows on all 3 buildings Sunset, Oakridge, and Quail Run. Replace the unit heaters in Oakridge and Quailrun buildings. There will be an add alternate included to replace the doors, side lights and transoms in all 3 buildings.
Construction Cost Estimate: $1,000,000.00
