Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: The removal of an existing suspended air handling unit and replacing it with a new rooftop unit serving the Pottery Space in Gunther Trades Building.
Construction Cost Estimate: $400,000.00
