Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project includes the demolition of 2 existing boilers and replacing them with 2 new boilers. Demolition of an old abandoned flue venting through the roof. The Base Bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. Substantial Completion is August 14, 2026.
Construction Cost Estimate: $496,000.00
