Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project includes the relandscaping of an existing steep lawn area between Sparks Automotive and Gunther Trades. The Base Bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. The construction window for this project is during the 2026 Summer break – May 10, 2026 through August 17, 2026.
Construction Cost Estimate: $500,000.00
