Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: This project include concrete work at various locations around the UVU Orem Campus including the replacement and new installation of sidewalks, loading dock concrete, retaining walls etc. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. The construction window for this work is during the 2026 Summer Break - May 10, 2026 through August 17, 2026.
Construction Cost Estimate: $550,000.00
