Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description:The project is an update to Southwest Technical College and involves demoing certain steel elements like a door landing, ladder, and removing existing lighting. New additions include handrails on the north side of the main large stairs, a concrete-on-metal-deck floor flush with the main building floor, and overhead lighting above the new mezzanine and below basement floor.
Construction Cost Estimate:$119,457.00
