Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Removal and replacement of 11 RTUs, 4 exhaust fans, replace all the controls, and install a new BAS head end Niagara N4 and Jace, connect new RTUs, new exhaust fans and all existing mechanical equipment to the new BMS.
Construction Cost Estimate: $605,000.00
