ONLY FIRMS PRE-QUALIFIED DURING THE OPEN ENDED STAGE I PREQUALIFICATION FOR CONTRACTORS PROCESS ARE ALLOWED TO BID ON THIS PROJECT***
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description:Repair/replace the existing irrigation system that was damaged due to a recent flood/mudslide. This includes a plan to maintain existing Cottonwood trees, a grow in plan for new cottonwood trees, additional low level planting of native plants, new stone benches for visitor use, additional pathways, coordination with a new dog run and a replacement irrigation system with a new backflow preventer. Dog Park by owner.
Construction Cost Estimate:$502,000.00
