The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description: New metal panel façade installed on existing framing with new structural connections (REF. AE205, AE510, AE511, SW501) New metal panel soffit installed on existing framing (REF. AE510, AE511, SW501) Replacement of all cast stone elements identified in drawings or identified through inspections with new wall mounting as detailed in AE502/C5. Provide allowance for replacement of up to 10% of the 1,200 LF of cast stone header and sill profiles. Replace delaminated cast stone header above window shown on AE206. Clean surface of all debris and adhere new header per manufacturers recommendation using dryvit systems inc., Primus adhesive or equivalent.
