DF Lowry & Dial Boiler Replacements

The 1950 DF Lowry building at 21,830 GSF and the 1979 Adolf Dial Building at 33,860 GSF have natural gas heating boilers that need replacing. Lowry's 1.8M BTU boiler and Dial's 1.2M BTU boiler should be replaced with appropriate high-efficiency units. Additionally, temporary connections for backup units should be included to ensure proper maintenance and redundancy.
