This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A Solicitation, 36C24625Q0894, will be issued on or about 7/15/2025.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, VA has a requirement for Dexcom Glucose Monitor Systems for the Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia 24153.
