This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for three (3) Dewatering Panels for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA.
This requirement will be a sole‑source acquisition to Dibert Valve and Fitting Company, Incorporated (CAGE: 7E159). As a result, no third‑party items will be considered during the procurement process. The items requested are direct replacements for existing shipyard equipment, and Dibert Valve and Fitting Co. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). These parts are “one‑for‑one” replacements and must be procured from the OEM (or an authorized distributor) to ensure the equipment continues to operate in accordance with shipyard and OEM performance standards. Any parts or accessories not sourced from the OEM would risk equipment malfunction, render the system inoperable, and cause delays to the vessel’s scheduled work package.
The selection will result in a Firm‑Fixed‑Price award.
