Project Description: Charlotte Water is seeking proposals for the dewatering and cleaning of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Digesters. Digesters are critical infrastructure at the WWTP, which provide environmental stabilization of solids prior to being removed from the site for final disposal. The effectiveness and performance of the digesters and their associated equipment, piping, and valves are negatively impacted by trash and grit that has accumulated in the tanks.
