-Can you provide sample serial numbers? Serial numbers will be supplied directly by ESCNJ members at the time service is requested, as they vary by device and location.

- One device type is “Touch Panels”.  Can you please explain what you are referring to?  Please provide manufacture and model number

• “Touch Panels” refers to interactive, touch-enabled display devices commonly used in educational and professional environments. This category may include:

  • Interactive flat panel displays used in classrooms or conference rooms

  • Touch-enabled monitors connected to desktop systems

  • Large-format collaboration screens with integrated annotation and collaboration software
