Project Description: The City of Olathe (“City”) is seeking qualifications from experienced development firms for the comprehensive redevelopment of its public housing assets, beginning with Parkview Manor. This project involves two distinct opportunities: the development of new housing for Parkview Manor residents, with the City offering the Spruce Street Property as a potential site, and the strategic repurposing of the current Parkview Manor property to enhance downtown Olathe. The City is open to a range of ownership structures, including those where the Development Partner assumes full ownership of the redeveloped properties, to optimize financing and long-term affordability.
