Sealed and Electronic Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., WAS: July 24, 2025, NOW: July 31, 2025.
The City of Waco is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, builders or developers to design and construct sustainable high-quality housing that enhances the livability and inclusivity of our community located in Tax Increment Financing zone which is an economic development strategy for assisting economically distressed or blighted areas in the City. A detailed specifications is available at: https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Zoom Video and Dial-In Conferencing.
