Request for Sealed Proposal – RFP2025-007, Development ofVacant City Owned Lots.

Sealed and Electronic Proposals will be accepted at the Cityof Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 ^th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00P.M., July 24, 2025.

The City of Waco is seeking proposals from qualifiedindividuals, builders or developers to design and construct sustainablehigh-quality housing that enhances the livability and inclusivity of ourcommunity located in Tax Increment Financing zone which is an economicdevelopment strategy for assisting economically distressed or blighted areas inthe City. A detailed specifications is available at:https://waco-texas.bonfirehub.com/portal. Proposals will be opened publicly andread aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Zoom Video and Dial-In Conferencing.
