DEVELOPMENT OF UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE

Project Description: The City of Corinth is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide services to develop a Unified Development Code as described in this Request for Statements of Qualifications. The successful Respondent shall execute a contract with the City to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, permits, insurance, and licenses required in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions set forth in this SOQ. The successful Respondent will serve as the sole point of contact with the City for contractual matters, including payment of all charges resulting from the contract.
