The Yolo County Department of Community Services (“The County”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide Planning and Engineering Services to develop the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (Action Plan) relating to traffic and mobility, commonly referred to as a “Vision Zero” initiative. The SS4A program supports the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) National Roadway Safety Strategy and a goal of zero deaths and serious injuries on our nation's roadways.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
