Development of Lunken Airport Lease Area 58 Airport Rd

Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). The Offeror shall provide for a privately owned development on the subject property (“the Site”) located at Cincinnati Municipal Airport - Lunken Field “the Airport”, Lease Area 58, Airport Road, Cincinnati, OH 45226. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from interested Offerors who may be interested in leasing land to develop a privately owned Fixed Base Operator (FBO) center, privately owned hangars, privately owned corporate hangars, or other privately owned aeronautical uses on Lease Area 58 at Lunken Airport on Airport Road.
