The Municipality of the County of Antigonish is seeking proposals for the development of a comprehensive Communications Strategy. This strategy will evaluate the Municipality's current communication practices to assess their efficiency and effectiveness. The goal is to create a roadmap that enhances the Municipality’s ability to communicate effectively with staff, council and community while fostering transparency, accountability, and stronger community engagement.
