Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055(2)(g) (Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act), the City of Pompano Beach (“City”), Florida invites proposers to submit Proposals for:
DEVELOPMENT OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 109 N. OCEAN BOULEVARD (STATE ROAD A1A).
Proposers must be registered on the City’s eBid System in order to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The complete solicitation document can be downloaded for free from the eBid System as a pdf at:

The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than from the eBid System. Proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A List of Proposers will be read aloud in a public forum. This solicitation will be reviewed and completed in two STEPs:
STEP 1; Request For Qualifications (“RFQ”) – The selection committee will review qualifications, including financial capacity, and rank the top three (3) firms using the scoring criteria described within this solicitation. The top three firms (3) will be invited to submit a full proposal as part of the Step 2, Request For Proposals Process. Should scoring be such that the spread is too close among more than three (3) firms, the selection committee may, at their discretion, choose to invite more than three (3) firms. Similarly, should the spread be such that only two (2) firms scored enough to move forward, then the selection committee may choose not to invite more than two (2) firms.
STEP 2; Request For Proposals – The firms short listed in Step 1 will be invited to submit detailed proposals, including renderings, engineering plans, financial offer, etc.
