The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering
services for the Drainage Improvements at Emerson Avenue project (the Project). The Project generally
entails the design and development of bid documents for drainage improvements at Emerson Avenue based
on the Watershed Drainage Analysis and the conceptual plan attached to this RFP. Engineering services
during construction will also be required.
A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Monday, March 24th 2025 at 2:00 pm. Please use
telephone number (929) 242-8427 access code 541 302 029#. This conference call will be the only
opportunity for all prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFP.
