The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering

services for the Drainage Improvements at Golden Horseshoe and Wiltshire project (the Project). The Project

generally entails the design and development of bid documents for drainage improvements at Golden

Horseshoe and Wiltshire Road based on the Watershed Drainage Analysis and the conceptual plan attached to

this RFP. Engineering services during construction will also be required.

A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Monday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 pm. Please use

opportunity for all prospective firms to clarify any questions regarding this RFP.
