The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering

services for the Drainage Improvements at Tewkesbury and Abingdon project (the Project). The Project

generally entails the design and development of bid documents for drainage improvements at Tewkesbury and

Abingdon Lane based on the Watershed Drainage Analysis and the conceptual plan attached to this RFP.

Engineering services during construction will also be required.

A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Monday, February 24th 2024 at 2:00 pm. Please use
