Development of an Academic Program Review Framework and Supporting Documentation
|
|
Synopsis:
|
|
First Nations University of Canada invites proposals from qualified contractors to develop a comprehensive Academic Program Review Framework and supporting documentation to guide the systematic review of academic programs.
The Academic Program Review framework will:
-
support ongoing review and strengthening of academic programs at FNUniv
-
maintain high academic standards while respecting academic freedom and disciplinary diversity
-
support student learning and academic success
-
establish a clear and sustainable process for periodic academic program review
-
reflect the institution’s role as an Indigenous-serving institution and its relationships with the communities it serves.
The framework should provide practical tools that are sustainable for academic units and informed by established program review practices across Canadian post-secondary institutions.
