The City of Celrmont, Florida, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop and adopt a Form-Based Code (FBC) to replace or supplement the existing zoning regulations for the downtown area. The FBC will implement the community’s vision for walkable, mixed-use, and context-sensitive development patterns, as outlined in the Master Plan. The selected firm will work closely with City staff and stakeholders to develop a modernized plan that reflects the community's vision, addresses current challenges, and complies with state and local regulations. This update will enhance the livability and sustainability of Clermont while promoting economic growth and environmental stewardship.
