Laguna Beach, CA
The City of Laguna Beach ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proposers (hereinafter "Consultant" or "Consultants") interested in providing consulting services for a Comprehensive Development Impact Fee Study.
The objective of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified Consultant whose proposal best complies with the requirements of this RFP and any attachments, including the Scope of Services specified in Attachment A ("Scope of Services" or "Services"), and provides the most comprehensive solution for the City's needs. This RFP and the attached Scope of Services collectively make up the "Project".
The successful Consultant will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement") with the City for the duration of the Project. An example of the Agreement is attached to this RFP as Attachment B ("Template Professional Services Agreement").
Final contract terms, including compensation and length of the Agreement are subject to final City and/or City Council approval.
