The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter a contract (the “Contract”) with an experienced, qualified supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide the Deliverables.

Issue Date of RFP: March 21, 2025
Deadline for NDA Submission: March 31, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT
Deadline for Enquiries: April 11, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: April 15, 2025
Submission Deadline: May 02, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 12 - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Signed NDA must be submitted via email to the attention of the BC Housing Contact before: March 31, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT.
