Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide:Detention Center Locks, Parts, and Service.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: Offerors must meet all mandatory minimum requirements, must score at least 60% of the available technical points, and must score 65% of the total available points.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee: 0.75%.
