DETENTION CENTER INMATE COMMISSARY SERVICES

The County of Greenville is requesting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide commissary services for individuals incarcerated at the Greenville County Detention Center. The vendor would provide labor and materials necessary to provide commissary services to incarcerated individuals at the Greenville County Detention Center. These services must be equal to or exceed the services presently being provided (i.e. orders filled at a minimum of twice per week with a wide variety of items available for purchase). The performance of these services would require the vendor to be responsible for the operation of the inmate commissary and establish proper operational procedures that ensure efficient, effective and accountable operations of the commissary service.
