Description: It is the intention of the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Division of Industries - Corcraft to procure Detention Bed Covering Material, which will be used in the manufacture of detention bedding products at the Eastern Correctional Facility located in Napanoch, NY 12458. Detailed Specifications are available for download. Please register at www.corcraft.ny.gov, click on Vendor/Bidder info.; Register for Bid Notifications and follow instructions. For each item offered, Bidders shall submit samples to be tested for contract award. Samples must be received by close of business (COB), Wednesday, October 23, 2024, or their bid will not be considered. Please refer to IFB #PA24007's "Samples" clause on page 33 for additional information. All questions and inquiries regarding IFB#24007 must be submitted in writing, via email to the designated contacts at Corcraft.ProcurementServices@doccs.ny.gov citing the particular bid sectionand paragraph number.
