Destin’s Independence Day Fireworks Display

The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed bids for its annual Independence Day Fireworks display held annually on July 4th.  This will be a full-service contract.  The show shall last a minimum of 22 minutes and include an accompanying soundtrack to be broadcast by the City’s partner radio station.  The successful bidder shall comply with all terms set forth in the contract and the City’s agreement with Eglin Air Force Base for the use of USAF property as the launch site.  Successful Bidder shall provide the City with proof of current Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Coverage. BIDS must be received by the City Clerk’s Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin Florida 32541, in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFB 24-08-REC, Destin’s Independence Day Fireworks Display” no later than 2:00pm (CST) NOVEMBER 14, 2024, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive minor defects in the process, to take any other actions and to accept the bid deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest.
