NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS - DESKTOPS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of School Districts 5 and 1,
Richland County, will receive sealed bids at the Sidney Public Schools
Administration Office 101 South Central, Sidney, Montana until 11:30 AM, Monday,
March 10, 2025, for the purpose of purchasing:80/120/160- HP Desktop Computers


SPECIFICATIONS 80/120/160- HP Desktop Computers:

HP Elite Mini 800 G9

Windows 11 Pro 64

Intel Core i7-12700 12 cores - equivalent or better performance is acceptable

Minimum of 16GB DDR5 Memory

Minimum of 256GB Solid State Drive

Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3 WLAN

Flex Port Option: Type-C USB 3.1 Generation 2 Port with 100W Power Delivery

Flex Port Option: 2x Type-A USB 2.0 IO 2

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read at Noon on Monday, March 10, 2025
at the Administration Office 101 South Central, at which time all bids will be
referred to the IT Department for a recommendation for consideration of bid
award at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held at 5:30 PM,
Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Administration Office.


Bids must include F.O.B. to Sidney Public Schools and be submitted in a SEALED
ENVELOPE marked:

No bids will be accepted by fax or e-mail with the following exception: Faxed
modifications to a sealed original bid will be accepted until the time of the
bid opening. The fax number is 406-433-2368.


The computers must meet or exceed the qualifications of the specifications,
copies of which may be obtained from the IT Department (406-433-5376)

The Sidney Public Schools Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive
irregularities and informalities and reject any and all bids without further
obligation and to accept any bid deemed desirable. Acceptance of bids is
contingent on available funding.
