**Delivery is to be made to BWC warehouse space, located at 4200 Surface Rd, Columbus, OH 43228.
**Awarded vendor must notify BWC Facilities in advance of delivery for access.

**Selected bidder will be required to coordinate delivery with BWC Facilities for scheduling and logistics.
